I agree. The graphic designer did well to slip that one past the
client.  I hardly believe that it could have been designed

I have had some success on contacting web site designers etc to let
them know a picture of mine is being used with out permission and had
them take it down. Not always but some times. Now the facebookers etc,
'nother story.

Some years ago some half life stole not just a photo or two but the
entire website I was maintaining for the Australian Native Plants
Society.  In that case I contacted his server without much hope of
getting a positive result, but they took down the site and kicked the
person involved off.

A little OT, but your post reminded me of some fun I had once.

About 6 years ago, I had someone mine my website for photos of me and my twin 
brother.

Then this demented half-wit proceeded to set up a MySpace page pretending to be 
us, with photos of me and my brother all over it.  My photos posted as his 
photos.  

It was creepy as all get-out.

We got it shut down.   That bastard is still out there pretending to be a twin 
and harvesting friends on MySpace and Facebook and getting kicked off and 
starting over. 

It's a fun world out there.
