Hello, I'm not a DNS specialist this is a small dns resource that we have implemented in the ISP, I really don't understand why with google drive this problem happens, with google meet there is also a problem of slowness, as the friend suggested activating edns and it worked but in fact it didn't I understand exactly what this implies for google and the others in activating or not, what I could verify is that google dns itself has this option active. and also how would the edns work when it is a private ip on the client side? As there are authoritative servers that are not happy with receiving requests with EDNS subnet info, you can expect issues if you enable is for all. I'd rather restrict it to the nets used by google drive and maybe a few content delivery domains.
