No need to download the logs, though.  The problem in this case is that
oci8 3.0.0 only supports PHP 8, but no regular PHP 8 builds are done yet
for PECL; a mass rebuild should happen in a few weeks, though.

Or can someone point me at build logs, if there was a failure.
