Funny that Doug and Harry both remarked on the strangeness of capitalism. I am discussing that subject just now in my latest project. I am off to the library to look at Polanyi's "Aristotle disovers the economy" again. If buying and selling is so natural, why are drugs, prostitution and child pornography illegal? Why can't I sell my children or buy a kidney? Besides, markets are not a lot of fun. I once started a book project, let's put the social back in socialism.
