Any chance you can take care of perl-DateTime-Format-RFC3339 for EL8 or grant
me access so I can take care of it myself ?
I've sent you a private mail on 2020-01-17, in case you are filtering bugzilla
mails, but did not get an answer yet.
In order to get the ball rolling again and make sure your packages get some
love from an active maintainer, I'll be starting a non-responsive maintainer
process if I don't get an answer to either this bug or my private mail in the
next few days.
