This release postpone initializing AnyEvent in order to unbreak loading
Coro::MultiCore before a fork. This should fix some issues, but it breaks an
expectation when AnyEvent is available. Therefore I will push it only into
Rawhide.

Can you double check that 1% cause I am having a tough time finding it:
[root@localhost ~]# yum search perl-Switch
Updating Subscription Management repositories.
No matches found.

Looking at the packages listed through the access portal it doesn't appear
either:
https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/479/ver=/rhel---8/8.1/x86_64/packages

Perhaps there is something I am not understanding or perhaps we have a bug
against RHEL here?
