On fedora 40, when opening slic3r with any available kernel between 6.10.9 and

I installed a VM with f39 and fully upgraded it.
On f39 slic3r works properly with all kernels including the latest, 6.10.12

It appears this regression appeared with the upgrade between fedora 39 and
fedora 40.
As such it seems that some supporting dependency may be a factor.

Use Perl specific macros when they are defined

When bootstrapping perl, the perl_archlib and perl_privlib macros are
undefined because perl-macros package does not exist.
