My impression was that was for Phalanx people, rather than perl-qa in general ? Basically I accidentally deleted the CGI program and since it was one of those everything, including the config, in one file things I haven't gotten around to getting a new copy and reconfiguring it. Also the machine its on is going down so I should also move it while I'm at it. So I may as well do that now.
