The information that Rachel  refers to was very useful in treating a textile
infestation I worked on last year. But lists of commercial items do have to
be updated from time to time as models are discontinued. I found that to be
the case with some of products in the freezer list. To help update that list
(when it goes back online) I had the museum I consulted for purchase
an Arctic Air brand model CF20 commercial 61" chest freezer.

It has worked satisfactorily though the lid seal wasn't as tight as I would
have liked. Some moisture infiltrated into the non-self-defrosting freezer
when closed. This was solved simply by adding some pressure to the lid and
by inserting a custom cut lift-out insulation board just below the lid. The
insulation board also lowered the minimum operating temperature a few
degrees to -23ºC. Among the final choices the Arctic Air model was chosen
for its lower price (~$850).
