It is impossible to determine the sex of this larva from a photograph. Yes, it is in the family Dermestidae. The adult male and female look dramatically different from one another. These photos are not of an adult Odd Beetle. One looks like it's in the genus Anthrenus and the other one (pair) looks like it's in the genus Trogoderma. No telling how long this skins have been there. It's not unusual to find these protein eaters in a coffin.
