Yes, meaning the query returned 2065 rows, and pgAdmin has so far retrieved
the first batch of 1000.

If you scroll to the end of the results, it'll automatically fetch the next
1000 and add them to the grid.

Makes sense - you've set the limit to the same as the size of the batches
that are retrieved.

You can also upgrade to the latest version which allows you to dock the panel 
back and has a reset layout button in the query tool.
