Do you happen to have a list of basic specs? needed to support pgadmin on
MacOS?

It's supported on any spec Mac that's running 10.15 or later.

High Sierra is very old now, and not supported by pgAdmin I'm afraid.

We currently support 10.15 (Catalina) and later.
