That's my fault - I purged old versions from the main download site, and
forgot to do the same with the metadata the website uses. Sorry about that.

Hi João,

v4.29 is quite an old version and we do not support it. pgAdmin is
available only in 64 bit installers.

Re: PgAdmin4 Error 5 opening SQL file

Hello,

Unfortunately I did not find any error in the logs but from the screenshot
it seems like pgAdmin4 is running with different user permissions which do
not have access to Z: drive.
