You need to Install unzip utility. Once you installed unzip utility, you
can extract in /tmp directory.

for Debian and Ubuntu:
   1
 apt-get install unzip

for Red Hat Linux/Fedora/CentOS users:
   1
 yum install unzip

As an alternative to the unzip command, the jar command from the Java
SDK can be used. Java jar files are simply zip files. And the jar command
can list, create, and extract from jar files.

jar xf powa-REL_1_1.zip # unzip

===

jar cf new.file.zip set.txt of.txt subdir/files.bin # create new

jar lf new.file.zip # list contents

No, you need to install the extension pg_stat_statements:

http://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/pgstatstatements.html
http://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/sql-createextension.html

You also need the extensions plpgsql (which should already be
installed) and btree_gist.

When installing the powa extension (CREATE EXTENSION powa;), postgres
will warn you of missing dependancy if any.

You can also refer to the installation documentation
(https://github.com/dalibo/powa/blob/master/README.md).

I just installed POWA and don't understand what mean in readme the

Added extension and I get working the GUI, I can login, but have no
databases. How to add?

Thanks
