I do not, today I was developing a sort of bittorrent gateway and in order to test it I was tryng it with the postgres one and I just noticed that the tracker was not responding; however is not that difficult to monitor it from another computer, but I think that the easiest way is to test localy if the tracker is up and running and accepting connections.
