My email address has come up in the random cycle of those used by spambots looking for addresses that don't shoot back 'rejected' notices. I'm not on vacation and I'm not sending these to the list. [Phono-L] Regarding Vacation Reply spam
Those vacation reply things are getting really annoying. I know Robert is not doing this, but is there any kind of spyware program that can?stop this? Or does it mean that Robert's emails would no longer be received as well? I enjoy his topics, so I would rather put up with spambot crap than not get his posts! I know one or two others were having their email addresses abused also. It is frustrating. I was on Facebook, and someone somehow got hold of my email address and started sending spam to my entire address group, so I quit immediately. Facebook it really a cover for spammers anyhow. The more we advance the behinder we get.
