Curt,
This is a crank for a VV IV or a VV VI, like it says in the description. It is 
a tough crank to find and the price isn't so bad. I wonder about her other 
auctions.

Hi Harvey,I guess I have never seen one of these before. It appeared to be a 
Berliner because of the straight arm and looked about the right dimensions 
(except for the slot, of course).

Looks like an early VV-IV crank. The shaft is long and it's threaded not
slotted. Other parts from an early IV are in his listing as well.
