I have found that some high priced items seem not to get any bids unless the
price starts out low and a reserve will protect you. You can try the item
with the lowest price you will take first and see how that works.
The most important thing is your ad and how well it is written. I have seen
junk sell for high prices because it was written well. I have seen a model
A standard sell for over $700 because the man said it was mint and the
finest he had seen, all the pin striping was gone and it looked horrible to
me.
The quality of the photo is also very important, I purchased a $300 item for
less than $90 because of a poor photo and a poorly written ad.
