  You may also want to look at geospacial data providers like mapquest and
navtech.  I was involved in a proximity ad project that required similar
functional.

[PHP-DB] Upgrading mySQL versions

  Does anyone know if there is anyway to upgrade the client libs for mySQL
in php 4.2.2 win32 to support mySQL 3.23.54 without recompiling the code?  I
would really like to avoid rebuilding the source under win32.
