Risks are to share properly the data. You can never rely on the accuracy of data in the flat files as those could be changing at the same instance as your application is reading it. [PHP-DB] Access a Flat File DB - How?
I have written a few small apps in PHP and MySQL. These were mostly copy, paste and change and fairly easy. I now wnat ot connect to a flat file dbase that is used by another enterprise app. Then I want to start normal PHP programming. Is there any risk in doing this?
