php segfault with the following code :

$stmt = OCIParse($conn,select myclob from I18N);
OCIExecute($stmt);
OCIFetchStatement($stmt,$results);

when myclob contains at least one row with one or two characters. work fine when clob 
length = 0 or = 3.
oracle and php use utf-8.

php : 4.1.0 and 4.0.6 on linux x86
oracle : 8.1.7.2 on sparc64

Bug description:  segfault in OCIFetchStatement with 1 or 2 chars CLOB

php segfault with the following code :

$stmt = OCIParse($conn,select myclob from I18N);
OCIExecute($stmt);
OCIFetchStatement($stmt,$results);

when myclob contains at least one row with one or two characters. work fine
when clob length = 0 or = 3.
oracle and php use utf-8.

php : 4.1.0 and 4.0.6 on linux x86
oracle : 8.1.7.2 on sparc64
