[PHP] Are there free prebuild websites?
I want to build a website using PHP. But to make a website from scratch will take a long time. I observed many websites look similar. Therefore, I think that there are a lot of commonalities between them. That's as may be, but it's not really anything to do with the question. I'd recommend using a pre-built CMS.
