The problem is solved!!!!! My system searched the .h-files in
/usr/include/linux/ and i found them all in
/usr/src/linux-2.2.16/include/linux/, just copied them and it worked :-)))

I'm not sure which version of php was included with SuSE 7.0. But I'd be
inclined to simply use Yast to install it.
