I doubt you will find such a thing. The closest you will probably find is doing it in a two step approach: IP Address to approx Lat/Long Lat/Long to Zipcode The second database is easy to find, the first one you usually have to pay money for. If you find a good public free resource which is frequently updated (as it would need to be as the Internet is always changing) then please let me know. I have been unable to find something and have looked on multiple occasions.
