Mmm - looks damn complex but it's really very simple - Get yourself a copy of phpAdsNew (from sourceforge.net) - It's an amazing banner thingy with all sorts of tricks for display adverts (text, graphics, flash, iframes, frames, layers, etc) and it's well documentated.
