At the risk of being flamed to death, I thought it was in ext in the standard windows distro. If it is not, I am stuffed if I can remember where I got it from (blush). Yeah, sorry, it is missing from a test version of PHP 5.2. In the test version, it is not available, nor is it on snaps. Likely doesn't work.
