Just look through the preferences, disable forms auto-complete. That should take care of it for forms, I don't know about dialog boxes. You need to go to: Tools - Internet Options - Content (tab) - Autocomplete - clear the box beneath User names and passwords on forms also press Clear Passwords if you're concerned about passwords being remembered.
