 None, none at all... Not a Content-type:, nothing...

For the CGI version use php -q

For the module version it isn't PHP sending the content-type, it is
Apache.  And no, there is no way to stop Apache from sending a
content-type as far as I know.

If your using the standalone binary, I /think/ its something like php -q

If it's the module in apache, you will have a problem as apache itself
will add a certain degree of header information.
