Public bug reported:

For many reasons, it's sometimes desirable to test a site as it would be seen 
by a given user. Right now that requires login as this user and therefore 
knowing her/his password.
It may be usefull for the root to be able to "substitute" for another user.

PHPDS_remoteCall builds an incorrect URL resulting the GET parameters
are ignored.
