Erich,
I used 3000 speed polaroid film :) Therefore,the exposure was about 10 
seconds in regular room light.I believe when i metered it for 100 iso film,it 
was 3 minutes,maybe.If you want i will get that info for you.
Also,I was able to get the shot in 90 seconds with a photoflood 5 feet away :)
