Bug#613514: proj-data: Marked as transitional package in description, but is dependency of libproj0
Package: proj-data Version: 4.7.0-1 Severity: normal After an upgrade from lenny to squeeze I wanted to purge all packages which are marked as transitional. When purging proj-data, libproj0 and everything that depends on it would be purged, too, therefore this is more than a minor bug. Re: epr-api_2.2-1_amd64.changes REJECTED
Hi Andreas, Il giorno Mon, 14 Feb 2011 22:04:40 + Joerg Jaspert ftpmas...@debian.org ha scritto: Hi Maintainer, im sorry but I have to reject this package as there are files with (C)/license headers not mentioned. src/example contains BSD licensed files and they require explicitly to be mentioned. And while I am on it, you could take the second paragraph out of the long description of the package. It would never end up in main if it wouldn't be open source and as such the whole 2 lines are redundant. Good for the marketing buzz on the homepage of the software, but useless in Debian package descriptions. :) I apologize for the bad job. I've just committed fixes requested by the ftpmaster to git.debian.org/git/pkg-grass/epr-api I hope you are still interested in sponsoring the package. regards -- Antonio Valentino ___ Pkg-grass-devel mailing list Pkg-grass-devel@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-grass-devel
