Press 's' when asked to confirm sending the bugreport, and add pkg-grass-devel@lists.alioth.debian.org. Related: can I create a git repo on alioth or is this something only admins can do? Even member of the Debian GIS team can create repositories using the setup-repository script on Alioth.
