Bug#348393: Eclipse quit on open Declaration
Package: eclipse-cdt Version: 3.0.1-2 If I select a string (function), right click on it, and open declaration(F3), or open definition(Ctrl-F3), eclipse just quit. (Im in C/C++ perspective) I launch eclipse with the following command: /usr/lib/eclipse/eclipse -vm /usr/lib/jvm/java-gcj/bin/java -vmargs -Djava.library.path=/usr/lib/jni -Dgnu.gcj.precompiled.db.path=/var/lib/gcj-4.0/classmap.db -Dgnu.gcj.runtime.VMClassLoader.library_control=never -Dosgi.locking=none Here is the error message (a simple window): JVM terminated. Exit code=1 /usr/lib/jvm/java-gcj/bin/java -Djava.library.path=/usr/lib/jni -Dgnu.gcj.precompiled.db.path=/var/lib/gcj-4.0/classmap.db -Dgnu.gcj.runtime.VMClassLoader.library_control=never -Dosgi.locking=none -jar /usr/lib/eclipse/startup.jar -os linux -ws gtk -arch x86 -launcher /usr/lib/eclipse/eclipse -name Eclipse -showsplash 600 -exitdata 2a0016 -vm /usr/lib/jvm/java-gcj/bin/java -vmargs -Djava.library.path=/usr/lib/jni -Dgnu.gcj.precompiled.db.path=/var/lib/gcj-4.0/classmap.db -Dgnu.gcj.runtime.VMClassLoader.library_control=never -Dosgi.locking=none -jar /usr/lib/eclipse/startup.jar (I have made a screenshot from it: http://khiraly.4242.hu/tmp/bug-eclipse-cdt.png ) I have tried to launch without the complicatedarguments, the same result: /usr/lib/eclipse/eclipse -vm /usr/lib/jvm/java-gcj/bin/java Onetime Eclipse printed to the console the following error (but it was only one time): Unhandled event loop exception Reason: Failed to execute runnable (java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException) Best regards, Khiraly ___ pkg-java-maintainers mailing list pkg-java-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-java-maintainers
