[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#767413: kile[Regression] : Configure Kile is gone. Inverse search and forward pdf not working anymore

There is no more the configure kile Item in tools menu. The forward view does not work anymore (with any format dvi, pdf,...) and the inverse search with a properly configured Okular does not work either anymore. This is of course a regression since every things were woring well before.
