[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#842715: skrooge: FTBFS with Qt 5.7.1

I've noticed that even with that patch is not enough, so I'm trying to just 
use the latest release which Pino had almost ready. That version compiles 
fine, it just needs some package adjustments... hopefully :)
