[Pkg-kde-extras] Contributing with my packages..

2009-06-03 Thread Romain Beauxis
Hi all !

I have been maintaining for some times now the kshutdown packages. Today, I
filled an ITP to maintain an audio CD ripper for KDE, audex.

All in all, I found it more efficient to maintain these packages within the
team, so I would like to join the packaging effort and contribute with my two
packages.

I have asked for an alioth registration to the project and will start
importing the packages as soon as possible. I was wondering: for kde-extras,
is it mandatory to use git or can I use SVN ?

As you like. Personally I'd prefer to move everything to git, but there is no
consensus that I know of.

The packages I do most work on are in git for kde4 and in svn for kde3.
