ktux at least is on it's end of life cycle. (It's still part of the
15.08.x releases, but won't be in 15.12 at all). So that can go away
definitely.

And actually thanks to Jeremy putting this on IRC we decided and already 
removed ktux, amor and superkaramba.

From all the packages in the list the one that worries me most is kdevelop. I 
can't  promise to look at it soon, but will try to.
