Control: tags -1 unreproducible moreinfo Hi Günther, thanks for submitting this bug report. Unfortunately, I'm unable to reproduce it and nor are others in the pkg-multimedia team that I have spoken to. I've heard of one other person who has seen this behaviour but I've not managed to get additional details. It would help if you were able to get a backtrace to work out where this was coming from. There's a rosegarden-dbg package that you will definitely need and I imagine you will need libqt4-dbg too. https://wiki.debian.org/HowToGetABacktrace thanks Stuart -- Stuart Prescotthttp://www.nanonanonano.net/ stu...@nanonanonano.net Debian Developer http://www.debian.org/ stu...@debian.org GPG fingerprint90E2 D2C1 AD14 6A1B 7EBB 891D BBC1 7EBB 1396 F2F7 ___ pkg-multimedia-maintainers mailing list pkg-multimedia-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pkg-multimedia-maintainers

Bug#788609: libavutils: Please add channel support to AVFrame
Package: libavutil-dev Version: 6:11.3-1 File: /usr/include/libavutil/frame.h Severity: wishlist Hi. I am working on getting the bs1770gain program into Debian, and in the process I discovered an incompatibility between libavutil-dev and libavutil-ffmpeg-dev. The latter provide information about the auto channels in an audio file, using AVFrame struct member channel_layout and channels. These make it possible to handle surround audio. There are also the new functions av_frame_set_channel_layout() av_frame_get_channel_layout() av_frame_set_channels() and av_frame_get_channels() needed for this. Please consider porting this new API to libav from the ffmpeg library. -- Happy hacking Petter Reinholdtsen ___ pkg-multimedia-maintainers mailing list pkg-multimedia-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pkg-multimedia-maintainers

Also, please not that wxwidgets is not included in jessie at all, see https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/WxWidgets/Transition2.8to3.0, and it is also scheduled to be removed from unstable. This means that going back to wxwidgets 2.8 is not an option. I'm therefore closing #781866 with this email. Still, it seems that audacity provides a poor user experience with wxwidgets 3.0, and judging from http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Incorrect_wxWidgets_Version, there is still a lot of work to do here.
