There are two things happening here. One of them in a bug. The other might not be, but almost certainly isn't grave: 1) libmms is returning libmms connection error libmms apparently couldn't connect to that URL, and said as much (connection error). I couldn't say why, but I doubt this is a grave bug unless libmms doesn't work with ANY mms URL, which I know isn't the case for me or most users. 2) mimms is printing it out with a deprecated python interface.
