did you already coordinate this transition with the release team? What is the transition tracking bug? We must not start a transition of this size without coordination, in particular given that we are aware of a couple of FTBFS. This all needs the be documented first before we can proceed with uploads to unstable. Balint, please don't upload this to unstable, experimental would be fine though.
