Thanks for confirming.

FWIW, users can always download the old packages (232-25+deb9u1) from
snapshot.d.o:

  http://snapshot.debian.org/package/systemd/232-25%2Bdeb9u1/

Michael/systemd maintainers, I think we should go forward with the
upload to p-u; anything I can do to help?

Bug#892794: systemd-networkd fails to configure IPv6 without MTU from RA

2018-03-22 Thread Norbert
Hi Ciryl,

I tested your systemd-build from
  https://people.debian.org/~kibi/systemd/

The problem is resolved with your patched version. :-)

I urge the package maintainers to introduce this new build really fast
into stretch. I could imagine, this affects a whole bunch of people:

My ISP hands out unmanageable cable router/modems to it's customers.
These devices do not provide a default MTU in their RAs.
Therefore I have no chance of handling such a scenario other than
patching systemd-networkd.

So thanks for getting things right!

Please go ahead and install systemd:amd64 again.

I sent a patch upstream (see above).

Also, please use X-Debbugs-CC in the future.
