Ah, right! I did not understand "this repository". So it is something
similar.

Rolling with the idea of the issue repo a bit: I have made a mockup here
which also uses Issue templates:

but since this is not possible:

Did someone already suggest creating dedicated "issue" repositories as the
place to store issues?
