According to https://wiki.mozilla.org/Security/Sandbox#Content_Levels it's "Read access to most of the filesystem" that's problematic (yes, "3" already breaks stuff). Oh, well, at least there is a workaround. I can't figure out what the trigger was, but since recently (92+?, September?) firefox extensions started misbehaving. ex. ublock is not really blocking adds, and if I try to click its icon all I get is a single vertical line instead of the menu. So, does firefox extensions work for you? Any hints what's going on?
