It might sound strange that this comes from me since I'm probably a bit biased since I'm selling software myself, but if we want this community to survive on longer terms we really need to support and encourage third party developers in all possible ways we can. A trial is just a marketing ploy, I think sales are probably higher for those products that have trials. In the tablet world the trial versions are funded by advertising, so lots of options for covering the developers costs. SBGK wrote: Hi, Will the drag and drop functionality allow ctrl-C copy and paste as well ? No, it just supports drag drop. I built this feature because, while I use networked squeezebox devices as players, I wanted the ability to drag individual albums or tracks into foobar on the PC for burning a CD, without having to switch player. I don't see how control-C/V (copy/paste) would work for whole albums or tracks on the album/artist view since there's no concept of a focus there (though there is on the db grid). -- muso developer jezbo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=9888 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=81685 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Smart Mix plugin
Michael, That's it! I did have a couple of genres selected to skip. Specifically I had Holiday, comedy, to be ignored. As you can guess it was that , after comedy that was causing the problem. I deleted the comma, re-scanned and Smart Mix works perfectly now. Thanks so much! That's what I hoped to hear :-). Will make sure empty values are skipped in the next version... Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: SuperDateTime - Current Date/Temperature and/or Baseball Screensaver
Just noticed my SDT 5.9.16 is not showing the current temp from wunderground.com The log file shows: [13-10-17 09:18:17.4437] Plugins::SuperDateTime::Plugin::gotErrorViaHTTP (6445) error getting http://www.wunderground.com/weatherstation/WXDailyHistory.asp?ID=IVICTORI285format=1 [13-10-17 09:18:17.4439] Plugins::SuperDateTime::Plugin::gotErrorViaHTTP (6446) Timed out waiting for data [13-10-17 09:18:23.2373] Plugins::SuperDateTime::Plugin::gotErrorViaHTTP (6445) error getting http://www.wunderground.com/weatherstation/WXDailyHistory.asp?ID=IVICTORI285format=1 [13-10-17 09:18:23.2375] Plugins::SuperDateTime::Plugin::gotErrorViaHTTP (6446) Error reading headers: Server closed connection without sending any data back at /C:\PROGRA~2\SQUEEZ~1\server\SqueezeSvr.exeNet/HTTP/Methods.pm line 306. ...propagated at /C:\PROGRA~2\SQUEEZ~1\server\SqueezeSvr.exeNet/HTTP/NB.pm line 32.
