No idea if spotify really checks if I develop anything, but I entered a

Is this the proper place to ask questions about spotty? If not, please
let me know.

I have a problem with a playlist. It has 541 songs in it, spotty only
shows 485.
Is there a maximum of songs to be in a playlist? Or is there something
wrong in my config?

Info please - as I said before give all details.
What player are you using ?
What interface are you using to start CDplayer.

Why ? because if no real player running then CDplayer will not work also
some user interface (IIRC such as iPeng) do not have all functions.

There is no point trying to do anything with the plugin until you are
sure cdda2wav works with your CDROM drive.

When scanbus shows the CD rom device, test full access by using the
command to show tracks on CD where  is your device (e.g. 0,1,0 or
1,2,3 - the device tuple for CD line in scanbus output) .

I don't have Window 10 so I can't test.  What version of cdda2wav have
you installed ? I don't know where you can get a recent build for
WInodws 10 but I think it is bundled with cdrtfe
(https://cdrtfe.sourceforge.io/cdrtfe/download_en.html ). A lot of
things have changed in Win 8/WIn 10 and perhaps h/w support is broken.

If you can get cdrtfe working - then it should be easy to setup cdda2wav
for CDplayer.

On Windows there used to be problem with access to CDROM if you for
example you already have Windows Media running then it would not let
cdda2wav access to the drive.  Also does Win 10 have permission to
allow/prevent access to CD hardware.,

Tested on a newer chromecast and google home and 24 bit works fine. 
Will revisit other one Nd let you know.

Hi,
I just installed the plug-in but via settings but cannot find the
optical drive (USB DVD/CD player).

My LMS is the version 7.9.1 running on W10 Pro in italian (no virtual
server). I installed the pluging via LMS settings and I can see it has
been successfully installed, but in the settings page in the CD-ROM
Device description on Windows dropdownlist there's only the option
Unassigned.

When the servers starts I can see the following errors but I don't know

OK I see. 
First installed the 0.3.0.3.1 still stopping after the "block" was
finished. 
Then tried to remove all codecs except for flc and mp3 and that helped.
This evening were able to play more "blocks" without stopping. But still
stopping sometimes...

Sorry but asking about a bug fix from 9 years ago is optimistic.

However I do have vague memory of the problem and it was due to
ambiguity - in which case I doubt if there was a bug fix which would
work for all.

Are you sure it is the same issue ?  You mention optical drive label and
the original bug had nothing to do with optical drive name.

OK, that makes sense.
Unfortunately it still says "Initializing" even though the server is
awake and Squeezeplay/browser access from the same PC is working.
Strangely "List Players" lists all players fine so something is working.

1.3.10 fixes issues with the mini-browser as follows.  (1) If you change
normal/compact mode while the mini-browser is open, the mini-browser
will resize.  (2) If you change the name of a player externally, the
mini-browser title bar will update.  (3)  If you change the player
selected in the main browser, the mini-browser will immediately update
to the new selected browser.  (4) Changed parent window of mini-browser,

icon gets focus.  1.3.10 was submitted to the Store last night.  I had

WOL only works to wake the last *known* server.  It cannot wake a server
it has never connected to.  That is because only when it connects to a
server can it record certain information (e.g. Server MAC Address) that
is needed to send a WOL sequence to it.  So first time, you have to
manually wake server, then Squeezelite should be able to WOL it
thereafter.

Is everything working now?

Just trying this app out for the first time but I can't get it to
connect to the server, the browser always says "Initializing ...".


The app log says :
Socket Error # 11001 Host not found.
Failed to Find/Connect to Host.

but this was when I realised the server was sleeping. So I enabled the
WOL option but that didn't work. Then I woke the server manually but the
app log doesn't show any updated connect attempt errors.
Squeezeplay app on the same PC works fine, as does a browser.

Any troubleshooting hints?

Yeap multiple AirPlay devices are not supported. 

I have used a program called forked-daapd that does the one to many
AirPlay bridge. It also has grouping capabilities to make zones for
multiple speakers. I have stumbled upon your solution because
forked-daapd has a lot of latency issues that I do not know how to
resolve. But now I am having issues with the Shairtunes and AirPlay
bridge configurations
