Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Spotify Premium Plugin (Beta)

When selecting a track I get host has reset connection. Any help really appreciated as I used napster alot on my previous system and that doesn't work with squeezeplay either. TO add a bit more clarification to this, when using this app I get connection timed out: Transport End point is not connected. This happens as soon as I drill down enough to see any real data so Top 100 is ok but selecting Artists or anything else shows this error message. I have been through the setup on SBS and the helper app is not running. Again I'm running SBS on my WD mybook world live and everything else runs nicely. Any help is really appreciated, I love 6 music but its the only station I can stand so some options would be nice :-). -- AVman AVman's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=48690 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79706 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Spotify Premium Plugin (Beta)
sure, squeezebox server is running on my Western Digital NAS drive which is a linux format. Your question explains why I can't use the plugin as I think its safe to assume it doesn't have a supported CPU. looks like I need to pick up a cheap pc from somewhere. -- AVman AVman's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=48690 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79706 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] iPeng support thread
Hi, does iPeng still require the .zip contents to still be sent to the squeeze box server to run as a plugin or does it now work as stand alone? -- AVman AVman's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=48690 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: BBCiPlayer Plugin (UK only)
404 all over the place unfortunately using squeezeplay on several devices and it doesn't like WMA so I guess I will have to wait for the BBC to sort out the issue. Operating system is Windows 7 (64-bit). What do I need to do to achieve this? I have read the other posts in this thread but am unclear how you actually install SBS on teh NAS itself. (I can recall command-line DOS of many years ago but I have no knowledge of Linux.) Answers gratefully received! Paul take a look at the first link, read it a few times over just as I did and you will be able to do as you wish. to enter the text it lists you will need a telnet/ssh toll. I use tera term but there are thousands. Can I add my thanks again, i tried this for the first time and it is great. just waiting for the jogglers so I can tackle those next.
