Looks like there is a wrong setup in LMS data config, especially for playing mp3. Have you done any modification within this settings? Right, for Qobuz I like flac. My scenario is: I run LMS on a NAS, while JRiver runs on my Audio PC. So 2 machines, 2 OS. I tried proxy, it does not work. Is there an easy way to remove the changed values done by the custom-convert file. So I can change the LMS setting back to flac - native, instead flac - flac? Ok that's what I did. after reboot same. I only can decide in LMS flac - flac or flac - deactivate, no more flac - native is visible!? I have renamed the convert.conf to convert.conf.old followed by LMS restart. Now looking in the directory I see no new created convert.conf, still the renamed convert.conf.old. I'm afraid this is why I can not switch back in LMS to flac - native?? I reloaded the LMS software on my NAS and after reinstallation of the bridge it works again. Only fault is I can not stream tracks from Qobuz. Ok, with this custom file now I can use flac,pcm,mp3 as supported codecs and raw,wav,aiff under uncompressed format. I run JRiver version 20.0.17. This was the last version allowing jplay driver to work together with JRiver. The company seems not to be happy about jplay and it's nice sound. So in consequence a lot of their paying users not happy about this politics and stay away from further updates behind release xx.x.17. Ok, I got it updated right now - thanks! Unfortunately still same issue, playback runs fine for the active track but stops after track ending and no automatic starting of the next track. Http streaming option: fixed large size (all other options do not work in the meaning of no sound coming out of my speakers, although LMS seems to play with moving cursor) I run LMS 7.9 connected to JRMC 20.0.17 with JPlay 6.1 Asio on a single PC configuration. Looking forward getting this nice plugin successfully run so I can control my complete setup by LMS / iPeng8. Thanks for the quick help. I fetched the profile for JRiver and run it with chunked streaming option. But still the same, the actual track ends and no further sound because next track is not starting. Cursor in ipeng moves on. Ok Philippe, thanks for testing. I will try playing with the codecs. On the other hand it would be great having flac files directed to the renderer without any encoding. PasTim, is there an easy way to configure Squeezelite as renderer within my setup so I get a successful result. On reason for JRiver to use in my scenario is the possibility to point the shell replacement option to JRiver. I run Win Server in core mode, right now in Audiophile Optimizer is no option to replace the shell by Squeezelite - unfortunately. Hallo, I can play one song out of an active playlist. After this track is finnished the next track gets not started automatically, I have to start it manually... and so on. I run LMS 7.9.0 on qnap NAS and connect jriver player software by squeeze2upnp to the LMS. Any ideas? Hello all, is there already a working configuration available to run successfully the squeeze2upnp plugin with jriver player software. In my case I´d like to control with ipeng the jriver software running on my audio pc. LMS is installed on my qnap nas and works very nice with all my squeezeboxes controlled by ipeng. Now the only thing I miss is getting jriver implemented into my streaming structure. When I run squeeze2upnp and create the config file I see jriver as a squeezebox client and also I see it in ipeng. When starting to play my music I get no sound output and jriver shows a message something went wrong with playback. My basic question ist, has somebody running well squeeze2upnp with jriver? Hi again, the answer is yes! On my system it was just a audio driver issue. So jriver can be controlled by ipeng because of this great peace of software plugin squeeze2upnp.
