Unfortunately I was not aware of the shutdown of the Google code repo and of its importance for us SBT addicts :(. When I accidentally reset one of my SBTs I lost the EDO app and the required kernel patch. Thanks God I found this most valuable thread but there is nothing being said about where to get the kernel patch files and how to apply it after manual install of the EDO files.
Michael Herger's replacement repo for Triode's apps apparently does not contain any apps - no difference after inserting the URL-string into LMS's additional repo line and restarting the server. Manual install of the files worked fine but since the required kernel patches were missing the EDO plugin is defunct.
