Having the same problems (stuttering of audio for ~5-10secs) on 6Music this morning - on the Flash/AAC stream, haven't tested the others.
~10Mbit connection (London, UK) here and there don't seem to be any problems with downstream bandwidth on my side of things. Sorry - I'm already running late so can't immediately dig out any logs...
