It is usually a 2 hours or so - memory leak? Anything I can do to provide more information? I think I know the answer to this but I will ask to be sure. I have my desktop configured to play local files. They are added to playlists, and these playlists are shared and marked for download. I was under the impression that these local files would show up in the Spotify Connect stream and could be played through Spotty. It doesn't seem to be the case. Does anyone have any thoughts or is this not possible? Just tried it again and still having the same issue? Can't connect to LMS. Again, I didn't change anything, simply updated the settings. But perhaps something in my configuration got wiped out? Any thoughts? I just downloaded 2.5.3.0 and installed it. On startup it tells me it cannot find the LMS on port 9000. I didn't change anything else so I am at a loss. LMS looks to be running fine. Any ideas on what I can do to debug this? Apologies if this has been asked before - I did try to search the thread but found nothing. I am running Spotty on my media server at home, feeding into my whole house audio system. When I am in one of the rooms, and I load Spotify on my iPhone, I see the option "Connect to a Device" and the option to select "Listening on MyServerName" and a speaker icon to the left. I select this option and mostly I don't see what is playing. Occasionally, I do see what is playing. But I have not figured out why sometimes it shows and sometimes it does not. However, the transport controls do not ever seem to work. Should I expect this to be working? [SlimDevices: Plugins] Trying to get crossfade working with Spotify and SqueezeLite-X
I am new to Squeezebox - just installed and everything is working well so far. The only thing I can't seem to get working is crossfade with Spotty and the Squeezelite-X player. I read somewhere that I need to use Spotify Connect in the settings. I turned this on but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Any help appreciated.
